AND THE WINNER IS!!!! (Finally...)

We finally settled down and were able to come together (just V and C) to do the drawing--only a month late!

Our lives have been, ummmmmm, let's say tumultuous. The bright side: it might be said that there is lots of fodder for future posts.

Our lives have been...

whirlwinds!!!!!

Or you might say that life just kind of...

Avalanched!

We are back and not going away--in fact, we both have real need to let you in on all that is going on here.

Thank you for your patience. (V's hubby says we've lost all credibility in this venture--hope not. Please bear with us one more time. You have no idea....yet).

Now, for the prize! As you may recall, V and I had envisioned a "ceremonial" drawing...not to be. Mother-in-law is laid up with her hip (more about that later), and V's life imploded about the same time as C's did, so we dispensed with the ceremony. We drew out of the "hat," and the winner is...
KathyB of Spot on Cedar Pond!! We will be sending her copy of Emily Post right away!! Check out her blog at www.cedarpond.blogspot.com!!!

Love you all! Thanks again for your patience. We have much to share over the next couple of weeks, so watch for it...C is considering a whole new blog devoted totally to rants...V and C.

I have been wanting to know how you stick horse cowgirls and your families are doing....so I am awaiting the updates.

So glad you're back!

This is one of my favorite blogs, because it's real, it's interesting and it's good reading.

God bless you both, and your mother-in-law.
